THIS IS THE FASCINATOR FASHION YOU NEED TO ROCK

A fascinator is a headpiece or a style millinery that can be small or large. Originally, they were a type of lightweight knitted head covering. Since the 1990s, fascinators refers to a form of formal headwear worn as an alternative to the hat. Though small, they offer a fashion take on a rule that forbids any blessings or prayers to be said in the presence of a married woman with her hair uncovered. These hair pieces are often elaborately or excessively decorated and are typically smaller or at least cover less hair than hats. It is usually a large decorative design attached to a band or clip.

It may be worn instead of a hat on occasions where hats were traditionally worn. They are usually made with feathers, wool, straw, flowers or beads attached to the hair by a comb, headband or clip. They are much more easier to wear than hats because they are lighter. Some brides actually wear them as an alternative to bridal veil or hat particularly if they are wearing a non-traditional gown.

These days, it can be worn for any occasion but mostly for formal gatherings. The sole purpose of this head candy is simply for hair decoration. It always sits at an angle on the head as if perching on top of a well groomed hair and also complementing the look of the hair. Also, fascinator with veil is quite common and nice as well. They are actually fun accessories because it is easy to wear , you don’t have to go through the stress of tying your scarf or veil that might not even come out right.
