THE BEAUTIFUL HAUSA WEDDING OF AWWAL AND SAMIRA

THE BEAUTIFUL HAUSA WEDDING OF AWWAL AND SAMIRA

I haven’t had the opportunity to go to any of the Northern state nor attend a Northern marriage. But there is no denying the beautiful brides and culture of their wedding events. Like most guys will say, I think Hausa’s have got the finest girls with the tiniest voices that doesn’t need voice. Hausa marriages are one of the events Hausa’s put out their cultural heritage in display, from the beautiful laali on their hands and legs to the beautiful dangling jewelries they adorn their brides with on her special day and not forgetting the lovely coordinated looks of their aso-ebi girls.

Off to the Adamawa State in the capital city of Yola with Awwal and Samira who tied their wedding knots in the beautiful Hausa way. Beautiful Awwal was all smiles with her perfectly set white teeth as she got hitched to the love of her life, Samira. Awwal was glammed up by the able and master of make-up, BMPro as she rocks a flawless and simple look. Awwal said her wedding vows in three stunning looks; a purple African Ankara print peplum top with lace sleeves and mermaid skirt, a red African Ankara print look and a beaded grey tulip look consisting of wrapper and blouse with gold accessories and matching grey head gear. Gentle man Samira wasn’t left out as he rocked the normal Agbada and trousers in blue and grey respectively with his final look of embellished agbada with buba and trousers. Imagio photography captured all the beautiful moments of Awwal and Samira behind the lens.
