Nollywood Star Shaffy Bello Fronts Constance Walter’s Latest Collection Tagged “Romantic Noire”

After landing on the November/December issue of Today’s Woman magazine, Nollywood veteran actress Shaffy Bello has now been tapped to feature in Constance Walter‘s newest collection.

To celebrate the release of its couture offering, the emerging womenswear label has dropped a lookbook starring the ‘Battleground’ star dressed in its accompanying “Romantic Noire’ collection.

The 23 piece collection, according to the brand, focuses on the psychology of colour and sharing the pieces on Instagram, the creative director reveals why she worked with each palette.

With the use of black she states, “Black is the colour of mystery and unknown, the colour of protection….it hides our weaknesses , insecurities and lack of confidence. It also means power and control, discipline, independence and strong will” and red signifies “action, power, speed, clarity and confidence, curiosity, strength snd great passion. Colour of all season especially Christmas.”

For the green designs, she says its a “strong color that signifies, growth, rebirth, balance, youthfulness, fertility, has a strong emotional correspondence with safety. It is the one colour that symbolizes finding a balance between the head and the heart, it signifies abundance.”
