Nollywood Legend Sola Sobowale Celebrates 57th Birthday In Style

To call Sola Sobowale an icon is an understatement. For nearly 30 years, she has given us outstanding and supreme class onscreen, and is always celebrating the next generation of talents.

On Saturday, December 26, Sobowale celebrated her 57th birthday, and a number of our favorite celebrities to social media to celebrate the life of the veteran actress.

Taking to Instagram, the ‘The Wedding Party’ star debuted new photos to commemorate her special day which has since received a groundswell of warm praises from her fellow Nollywood actors. “Today is the day the Lord hath made. 26.12 a King 👑 was born. Happy birthday to me,” she captioned one of her posts.

The movie star has enjoyed decades in the industry earning several nominations and awards. She’s known for her various roles in “Super Story: Oh Father, Oh Daughter,” “The Wedding Party” franchise and most recently “King of Boys”.
